Brokers

We welcome enquiries and leads from Brokers and we can pay an introducers fee.

We would expect the broker to be able to provide sufficient information to outline the basis of the deal, enabling Portman Finance to be able to give a definite no or an in principle yes.

Once the structure of the deal has been established, Heads of Terms will be issued to the broker in order that the borrower can consider the offer and proceed if they wish.

In the event that the Heads of Terms are acceptable to the borrower, a meeting will be arranged at the subject property.

In the same way that the each loan is priced individually, the reward to each broker is negotiated separately. Any reward agreed with the broker will be disclosed in the facility letter.
