Lending Requirements

Amongst other conditions we will always require:

• A clear and viable exit route to be established.
• A site visit accompanied by the borrower.
• A professional valuation addressed to Portman Finance.
• Lender's own independent solicitor to be appointed.

Film Tax Credits

At Portman Finance, we are also able to advance funds to a UK Film Production Company that qualifies under the Film Tax Credit Scheme. With supporting personal guarantees, we can look to advance up to 100% of the projected Tax Credit refund.

We are happy to look at Tax Credit Loans of up to £200,000.
